Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Africraft. We care about your satisfaction and want to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible. Please read the following policy carefully.
How Long You Have to Return an Item
You may return an item within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returning Items
To return a product, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging. You must also provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer, as all returns must go through Africraft directly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items are not eligible for return. This includes perishable items such as food and flowers, newspapers and magazines, and personal products like intimate or sanitary goods. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases. In addition, downloadable software products, opened CDs or DVDs, gift cards, and some health and personal care products are non-returnab

Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may only issue a partial refund. This could apply to books showing signs of use, opened software or media products, or any item returned in a damaged condition that was not caused by our error. Partial refunds may also apply to items returned after the 30-day window.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit in the amount of the return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Returning Your Item

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
